Demonology Spells
So the Demonologists is the division you have chosen. Demon summonings, demon bindings, demon banishings. These are just a few things that a Demonologist does for Meztrailov. The classification, the study, the exploration of new Demons, classes to be taken and taught, training in spells. Though steeped in Darkness, the life of a Demonologist of Meztrailov is a good venture. Here you will learn to handle Demons that plague the Kingdom, and you will learn how to better help protect yourself and fellow Citizens from the danger.

Demonology is the study of demons, of calling them forth into our world, and of summoning them and trying to bend them to the wills of the Demonologist. The Demonologist can call upon Demons for counsel, and to do their bidding.
However, Demonology is a dangerous branch of magick. While the power is magnificent and the knowledge offered extensive and useful, there is a major chance of the Demonologist becoming corrupted. In dealing with such malevolent spirits as demons and other malevolent forces, the Demonologist is more susceptible to dark influence. A Demonologist runs the risk of allowing a demonic entity that could be more powerful than the Demonologist’s will to overtake him. Thus, there are matters of Will to be reinforced.

When you first enter into the world of Demonology you will be gifted with a Hell's Insight(RP purposes only)a summoning stone with magical bindings in place that are removed upon ascension through the ranks, and a blank Grimoire(RP purposes only). These are your items to keep while within the Demonologists. Demonologists are scholars of demons, and as such gain +5 to checks made based on demonic knowledge. Each level you attain in the Division will open up new spells to learn. New demons to work on. Below are the spells you will be working with at each level :

Effect: One simple answer question shall be answered. Such as a name. A location. A yes or no question. A question must be answered for the demon in return for an extra question to be answered.

Description: Summon forth the resistance to damamge of an infernal being.
Effect: Gain light resistance to damage. (Can stack a max of two (2) times in an encounter.)

Description: A sphere of pure Hellfire can be thrown at one target.
Effect: Deal light damage.

Effect: Sacrifice a turn and conjure a fire imp using the summoning stone. The summoning stone cannot be used for two turns afterwards. Summoned Fire Imp can deal light damage, has light resistance to damage and it persists for two (2) turns.

Effect: Deal light fire damage to one target.

Description: A Demon of Abbaddon is summoned and the great news? You get their resistance to Damage!
Effect: Summon a demon servant of Abbaddon and gain their endurance for three (3) turns. Resistant to light damage. [Can stack a maximum of 2 times during an encounter.]

Beezelbub's Blessing
Description: With the Blessing of Beezelbub, strength comes to those that are brave enough to ask for it.
Effect: Increase you or your target ally's strength lightly for two (2) rounds. Can only be used twice per day.

Effect: Gives the caster light increase to damage and inflicts burning condition on damage.

Description: Using your summoning stone, a demon servant is summoned to do your bidding!
Effect: Sacrifice a turn, the summoning stone cannot be used for three turns. Summoned servant has light damage and light health. Damage dealt by Holy source deals 50% more damage. Servant of Wrath persists for up to 5 turns.

Eyes of the Infernal King
Description: Your eyes burn, and you feel a pressure in your head, pure strength. You see the world as it truly is, and inspire fear and devotion to you.
Effect: Roll 1dx, where X is your target. Target will obey your commands for 3 turns, however, you will be stricken with blind for 1d3 turns (time blind is rolled for by DM).

Description: Conjure a specter-demon and send it at your target in a vicious wave.
Effect: Deals light damage.

Effect: For three turns you gain light resistant to damage.

Description: The poison of a demon fills your veins.
Effect: Sacrifice light health. On your next successful attack you inflict light Necrotic damage, for 3 rounds.

Description: A burning desire for your unsuitable bloodlust stirs within you. Unleashing magnificent power, you send a massive blast of raw fire at your opponent
Effect: Deals medium damage at one target, plus one more target for every ally that has more than half their health.

Wrath from Below
Description: Summon the pits from Hell themselves to crack through the Earth to rend your enemies from below.
Effect: Deals medium damage to two enemies. This requires the use of the summoning stone, and it cannot be used for 2 turns.

Demonic Aspect
Description: Upon success of a casting, the Demonologist summons forth the presence of a powerful Demon to aid them.
Effect: This requires the use of a summoning stone, and an action check of Average (11 - 15). Failure to reach the DC will result in the loss of power of the summoning stone. The wielder may then increase their health by a medium amount, and their combat strength by a medium amount. They are subject to double damage from any Holy source.

Description: Demonic influence fills your veins, and gives you such imaginable power. You take on the very aspect of a terrible demonic entity, through the use of your summoning stone.
Effect: You take on demonic attributes, and gain the following attributes and flaws :
Double your Combat strength and health.
You are able to cast any spell up to Level Four (Dedicate).
All your spells do an additional medium amount of damage.
Holy damage is double damage.

Description: Infusing your own health to your power, you summon forth hellfire and unleash it upon your enemy.

Effect: Reduce your health to being just alive. Add a large increase to your combat strength, and increase a large amount to your magick as well. [Please note that this requires a hard action skill check (11-15). If you fail The King of Hell comes for you.]

Hell's Ambition
Description: Power and Knowledge are not forbidden, not of this nature. Such power flows through the Summoning stone and renders it shattered. Before you, a massive gate rips through the fabric of reality. Fire erupts from this gate, and as the gates slowly open, you become a sudden beacon and icon of Hell. The very nature of Hell is open to you, the power, a gift from the very fabric of the home of darkness.
Effect: For the remainder of the Encounter the following effects occur :
All damage dealt by you is tripled.
Increase your health by a heavy amount.
You take triple damage from Holy Sources.
[Please note that an Action Skill Check of Hard or Higher is required for this spell to work. If the check is not met, the very unstable powers of Hell rip you apart, and slay you outright.]
